What to Know Before Your Photo Session
Each session at Head2Tho Photography includes a pre-session consultation and vision meeting, full access to my wardrobe of luxury maternity gowns, newborn swaddles, and a variety of props and accessories. I also offer one-on-one guidance throughout your session to make you feel confident and comfortable — no modeling experience required!
Once our session is complete, your photos are edited and delivered in a digital gallery, with additional heirloom products available for purchase.
What’s Included
I understand that life happens and our schedules can change, so I offer a flexible scheduling policy for all sessions. I kindly ask that you notify me as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your session, so that we can work together to find a new time.
Cancellations made prior to 7 days before your session will receive a full refund of deposit and any session fees. Cancellations made prior to 24 hours will receive a 50% refund of deposit and any session fees, while cancellations made on the day of your session will receive no refunds.
To reschedule your session, please contact me as soon as possible to find a new time. Sessions rescheduled prior to 24 hours before your session will accrue no additional fees, while sessions rescheduled within the 24 hours leading up to your session will incur a rescheduling fee of $0.00.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policies
Clients who do not arrive to their session and who do not notify me of a cancellation or need to reschedule will forfeit their deposit and require a new deposit for rescheduled sessions.
